I have been here a few times, i have found on both occasions that the accounts manager is rude in how she speaks to people.
Over all, the service to my car was good.

Had a bad experience with BWA. I pulled out the job because they tried to create jobs leading to $2000 to $3000 without giving me a quotation or breakdown of this cost. The shop doesn't even remember they were the one that fitted the wiring for its front headlight (right side) in April 2014. Worst, they tried to create a scenario by falsely accusing me that apparently I hit one of their cars with my brand new Nissan, when in fact, the situation they attempt to seek money from me did not even occur.They backed out when their staff interfered to say, it was a different car, not my car. I am completely disappointed to think the first time this shop convinced me to leave the car with them in April 2014, I gave in to their request to give BWA a good review. BWA have been looking after my 911 3.0L Carrera for 20 years. The car has been maintained in first calss working order and remains my every day vehicle. In my experience their work is of the highest professional standard and they have never hesitated to rectify any minor defects that have arisen.
I would not continue with the car if Bob and his team were unable to maintain it.
