Well it has been 2 years now, WOW, I cant believe it, I have never lasted this long with any other trainer I have had..
I havent yet achieved what I wanted to, as I lost my focus but Bernie was there with encouragement and motivational texts, every week, he reads the food diary, and makes suggestions on what and where to make the changes you need to succeed.
Bernie changes your program every 4 weeks so that you do not get used to it and it is never the same thing, he varies it from cardio to weights.
If you are looking for a caring professional who loves his job and wants the best for his clients then you cant go past Bernie.
I have gone from the couch potato to some one that loves the gym. Bernie has given me back not only my life but my confidence,

Bernie is the absolute best! He provides support and encouragement when you most need it. If you fall down, Bernie is there to help you get back on track with your programme. If you want understanding, a varied programme that keeps you on your toes Bernie's the man!
Also he is a fun guy to have around.

Hi my name is Sue, I have been training with Bernie for around 6 months now, I'm in my late 40's and have been on the fitness trail for about 20yrs,
I've managed to work my way through several personal trainers in that time some have been good some have been just ok, most trainers seem to have a favorite style and form of excersize and they stick to it.

I started training with Bernie in August, 2009. Unfortunately, I had to stop training after suffering a knee injury during soccer and having a reconstruction in Sept/Oct. However, as soon as my physio cleared me to start training, Bernie has slowly built my fitness level back up to virtually what I was doing pre-injury. My ultimate goal was not weight loss, but to achieve a half marathon distance by the end of 2010. After only 4-5 months of training (including interval running and strength work) I am up to 9km already. Bernie's own experience with distance running has been a huge help. I think as long as you have a clear goal in mind, Bernie will find a way to get you there. I have had many trainers and coaches - that is why I can highly recommend Bernie's training and motivation techniques.
Bernie... what can I say??? THANKYOU. I have been with Bernie for 3 months and have improved my fitness 100%. He not only helps keep me motivated but also provides support that you wouldn't get from just an ordinary personal trainer. The thing that first appealed to me about Bernie, was that he appeared not to judge others. I am the type of person who wouldn't go to the gym for fear of what others thought. Bernie has completely changed me. I now have 2 sessions a week with Bernie, 2 gym sessions on my own and also now.. wait for it... get into bathers to do aqua aerobics! He is not only a FANTASTIC personal trainer but also a huge support without being judgemental. Again Thankyou Bernie, I look forwad to what we can achieve together in the next 3 months!
