BWS - Anglers Arms Drive In

Well, once again we have a standard suburban pub, with a standard pub name (not that it was a bad name, but it is the type of name that I would expect from a pub) in Southport, however I sort of liked this one more than the others that I have visited. It had a nice beer garden out the front, with the designated smoking area down the far end, and about three different bars, as well as the bistro. It also has a room full of pokies, but I have come to expect that from most pubs these days. However, while the pub looked and felt like a normal pub, one of the bars was a little classy, especially with the bottle of Galleano sitting in front of the mirror. I didn't mind this place, especially sitting outside in the beer garden on a nice Queensland day having a beer while waiting for the tram to come along to take me back to Broadbeach.
