BWS - Ballina (Westower Tavern)

This pub reminded me of the type of pub that you would find out in the suburbs as opposed to one of those pubs that you would find in a country town, even a coastal town like Ballina. Mind you, it was quite nice, and it had a pretty decent outdoor area as well, however it really didn’t have a huge range of beers on tap, which was a bit of a shame. Mind you, it is out on the edge of town, so I guess there is that as well.

Nothing much has changed since Fantazia was here. Different generation of Flies maybe. $14 for a Burger with Cold Chips, overpriced pub food, staff are still rude, different prices for drinks from different staff, and they argue the point. Mullock.

As much as th interior is beautiful there are staff members at this tavern who are very rude, they're always moody and unfriendly. We paid $96 for a meal for 2, the oysters where out of a can at $20 a doz. Very dissappointing will not recommend this place to go out to
