BWS

I have also had exactly the same situation yesterday at the BWS. We were so shocked by the incredibly rude, loud, unprofessional sales assistant that we turned on our heels and proceeded to purchase a birthday gift in an alternative welcoming business up the road. BWS you need to take measures to ensure the situation does not happen again, including communication with the store in question, communication with store management, commitment to ongoing training and education programs, and a notice being printed in the staff newsletter.

I also had the same situation a couple days ago as I went with my sister who is 22 to buy 6 beers for friends who helped us moving in on that day. I was asked for my ID and then my sister who only had an RSA card with her as been refused and they didn't let me buy it. They were extremely rude about it and I was very upset.
My husband when back later to talk to the management and they were also extremely rude to him as well and he was shocked that the management behaved in this manner as well. We will never buy anything from this BWS again, lucky for the cellars next door as they will now receive all our business and referred friends and family.

BWS has continued this unprofessional behaviour without apology to its customers. True to my word,I have not set foot in this shop since this unfortunate incident. I continue to spread the word of how dreadful I was made to feel by the staff at BWS. It loks like I am not alone. BWS, pull your socks up and admit you have blundered!!!!! Not Happy!!
