By Design Shutters

Craig Snelling is a fraudster. He takes your deposit with all the promises of a beautiful shutter and you never hear from him again. He refuses to answer your calls, texts or emails. If he does it is only to tell you lies and excuses. He needs to be shut down, he is a predator preying on vulnerable people.

DO NOT engage this company to supply and fit your shutters & blinds. I paid a $1930.00 deposit on the 3/5/2022. Craig Snelling will not answer my NUMEROUS calls or gutlessly texts me he will call me back and never does. Poor form, atrocious customer service and obviously no conscience. If there was a minus 5 star rating, I would of chose that. To say I am angry is an understatement.

Don't trust Craig he has taken my deposit won't answer calls and makes excuses with email been waiting about 4 months now.
Very disappointed

Unfortunately , have been trying to contact Craig as to where our shutter and awning order is up to for over a month. No phone calls returned. Have paid $2500 deposit and don't even know if they have been ordered for real. They were promised to be installed before xmas 2021 and have had no contact from him and he has not returned any of our calls. When he had not returned our calls, I checked the reviews on his website page and they all told similar stories. Hopefully he will be in contact soon. Not impressed at least phone as to where the order is up to or give a refund, so I can reorder with another company. Until you make contact with us, I cannot reorder with someone else- what am I to do with 2 sets of window covering ? assuming you deliver on your order.

Don't deal with this man. Has been almost 12 months and still waiting on installation. He was happy to take my 6000.00 but no refund, no more explanations nothing
