Customer services, not soo good or bad! But the delivery service is absolutely disgusting! Paid for freight and not willing to take it up to the apartment due to the size of the lounge cannot fit the lift! Why bother paying for delivery fees?!
Disgraceful..... never buy from them with this sort of delivery services that we're getting as a customer! Disgusted...

Terrible Quality. Huge variance between display color and the one I received. I called the store at speak to a rude staff (Patrick-customer service) who was extremely unhelpful , don't know how these people get jobs.

Received 3 piece sofa with the color differ significantly from the dispaly. went to the store and staff agreed the color was not right and the customer service will solve this problem for me, either get a replacement of refund, once I send all photos to their customer service email. I did what they suggested sending all photos.
Then I received the reply from Patrick, their customer service. He admitted the color were different.BUTHe refused to help and asked me to accpet it. no replacement, no refund. I tried to speak to another staff or manager but he refused saying he is the manager and he addressed that there is no way for me to get replacement or refund. ...read more
