I went to Fugitive with my 03 Holden Astra, which was stuck in limp mode and was due a service. It was fixed quickly and the communication was excellent. I was kept aware of the work required, so I didn't have any nasty surprises when it came to paying! The guy I dealt with was honest and very helpful. 10/10

I was impressed with Byford Fugitive, their prices were very reasonable (cheaper than I expected) and they carry a great range of parts and accessories including some motorcycle parts such as batteries.

The bloke who served me was knowledgeable and helpful.

He had been helping an elderly lady before he served me and I was really impressed that he was telling her what she didn't need done on the car, as another auto service place gave her a massive list of unnecessary service items. So +1 for trusting these guys and I would definitely recommend them for people who need a good, honest car service
