What an appalling experience with byrne ford geebung the lady on the service desk was not interested in helping at all this maybe because it was Friday afternoon and couldn’t wait to get hope. When asking about upgrading from Sync 2 to Sync 3 she said it couldn’t be done oh hang on that was the first comment then says they can do but it would cost around wait for it between 13k to 14k and as for her customer service she either needs to move on somewhere, where she doesn’t have to deal with people I would never return and will inform all that I can and yes you can change the complete head unit plug in plug out costs around 2k what great customer skills you have as you have none and as for the Forman he clearly needs to be updated with the technology required to have a better understanding of what he’s doing 13k to 14k what a joke

Had the car in for work under warranty and was very impressed. When the issue couldn't be fixed in the first day, they went out of their way to get me home and set me up with a car. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They have a comfortable waiting room with tea and coffee plus a courtesy bus that does runs to the train station and Chermside. I was very impressed with the service here. I can't comment on price, as it was all covered under warranty. But I'd definitely go back again for future services after my experience.

Poor advice rip off never going back for a start they charged to diagnose a problem that is a factory recall then tried to sell a throttle body for 700 dollars when the ecu needs re flash only.
Made me feel as if my car was undriveable to pressure into replacing tailshaft at 2800 dollars no tailshaft specialist i have spoken to recommend to take this action 140 dollars new centre bearing job done drives like new
Cant stress how disappointed i am have no trust in dealer service what so ever they will do anything to rip you off.
Not to mention the missed things that obviously are too hard to fix or profit involved

Could not be more impressed!, Fantastic Service by the Service Manager, he helped us out of a bad situation with a previous repair by another company and repaired our vehicle to the standard it should have been repaired to.

Great service and quick too take my ford car there all the time now.
