Byron Property Search is a property buyers agency operating in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. The principal, Michael Murray, is also a licensed mortgage broker and vendors advocate. How do I work?
I take a brief from you with an outline of what you are looking for. I require a $500 deposit that is refunded in the settlement fee. I keep this if no purchase is made. I come back to you with a short list of options and then gradually narrow our focus. Occasionally, an offer is made from the short list but most often I stay on the case for some time.

Once we decide on a property the next stage of my work begins. I have ways of accessing all the background information on that property: sales history, comparative sales in the same area, reason for sale, sellers expectations, future or development potential, council constraints. A negotiation strategy is then put in place. The process, when conducted properly can save the purchasers many thousands of dollars.
