We were never kept in the loop, never told when they were going on holidays and returning, never called us we always had to call them, wasn't told they sent us papers to sign, and what the legal jargon meant.
I was left confused and upset through the phone calls because I was attacked and made felt like I was stupid and inferior. Extremely disappointed and would never recommend.
