Absolutely gobsmacked at the service I received on the phone this morning. I introduced myself and started to say I'm the organizer of a charity event this month when I got "not interested" from your staff and a hang up!! Before I could even explain my call, which was to buy some corflute off cuts to make roadside signs for the event or a quote to have signs made. Your service was rude and absolutely despicable. How has your company survived with service like that?
Most likely thought you were going to ask for a donation fo money. I get more calls from charities asking for donations than I do calls for work....
