SO I had these guys come out to do a shut down "service" on my evaporate cooler.
It was advertised to me through the post at $70.00 because the original owner of my house used the company, so we had a discounted rate.
All the bloke did is turn off the water and power. Must of sat up there on their phone for 5 minutes, then left. SO 70 buks to turn off the water and power to the unit. Didn't even wrap It up! I was told that the owner keeps the "bag" at home and they just fit it.... I was then told they could find one for me at a fee $150.00..... for a bag.
Overall I think they took the proverbial P out of me and I will never be using or recommending them again.
Really have been impressed by C & J. I have used them now 3 times for my house & businesses and the service has been second to none. Dave even came out after hours when my previous air conditioner stuffed up. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for quick reliable service at a fair price. Too many cowboys out there but these guys are legit!
I would not recommend this company. I found them to be just a second-rate shop front using a bunch of inexperienced subcontractors from other companies to install and service air conditioners. And they are expensive. Beware - you are not dealing with who you think you are dealing with.
