C & N Washing Machine & Dryer Repairs

I called for a repair visit and I was walked through troubleshooting and told the machine would not be worth repairing. I was even given advice on a new machine. A very helpful and courteous call, thank you.

Our Electrolux washing machine failed to spin. We called Con from C&N after reading many positive reviews. Con explained the problem to us and indicated the cost for repair before he started. Thanks to Con our washing machine now works like a dream. Con even provided tips to maintain our washing machine. I will definitely call him again if my washing machine or dryer fails. Cost was reasonable and honest.

We had a blocked drainage pump. Con was out within 24 hours, was absolutely fantastic, and patient with our young daughter who wanted to be assistant mechanic.

Con will be our first call for any future needs, and I would recommend him to everybody.

Called Con the technician Wednesday 18th May and spent 15 minutes on the phone discussing the problem with my washing machine he tried to assist me every way possible and we made an appointment for the following day. The next day he came out and he arrived at a time that was suitable for myself and he repaired the machine. I was very happy because he was also able to change the water valves which I knew needed replacing and he serviced and cleaned the machine at a reasonable cost and gave me a 1 year warranty on parts and service. A Very satisfied customer!!! Good Local Friendly Customer Service!!!

Very satisfied customer After being told over the phone by two other companies that I should just cut my losses and buy a new machine (apparently 8 years is SO old for a machine) it was a great surprise when C&N could come out that same day and repair the problem. I needed a new computer component and thankfully the service man had one in his van. I thought the total cost was very reasonable as it was not a quick job. I'm now doing a few days worth of washing! (Who would have thought that would be so exciting!?).
