C1 Computer

I was in my final week of assignments and completely broke my screen. They had it repaired and back to me in less than 24 hours! They also charged me $300 less than another guy quoted me. Only tip: don’t call earlier than 9.30.... for some reason I couldn’t get through at this time.

Absolutely appalling service. I took my laptop in purely based on the timeframe they promised. Not only did they go over in time by weeks, my laptops was returned to me more broken than when I took it in. They failed to have parts that they needed to perform the service they sell then damaged what wasn’t broken when I got it back. Having the clerk bark “what do you want me to do about it” is literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received. In short, computer still not fixed, time out of my life wasted and then spoken to like an animal. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else

I brought my laptop in due to water damage mid-August, 2017. It is now close to mid-Jan, 2018 and I still don't have my laptop back to me. When I brought it in, they promised following diagnosis that the turnaround time should be 2-3 weeks to replace the mainboard and the keyboard of the laptop. I chose to go with them instead of Dell official warranty service because they actually have an office, rather than just someone talking on the phone. After a MONTH, I called them to check and they said that their supplier could not locate the right mainboard for the laptop...Mind you, it wasn't even an old laptop; it was a new Dell XPS model which I thought they should have ample parts supply for. So I gave in and waited for another month. Called them back to check in in October. SURPRISE SURPRISE: their supplier has sent over the mainboard, except, it's for a wrong model! My cooling fan needed replacing on my notebook, they did it in 2 hours after ordering the new fan and arranging a time for me to leave my computer with them. Very helpful and I will use again in the future!

There are so many repairers in Melbourne, that it was difficult to decide who to go to. A staff member at Mac in Chadstone mentioned C1 to me.

From first contact to the end, the service was really First Class. Annie at the reception provided excellent personal service that you only expect from a fine dining restaurant. She was so welcoming when I first arrived and she clearly has great know how. She also called me multiple times with updates and clear and concise information. That surprised me and exceeded my expectations.

I was also thrilled with the pricing. Transparent and honest.

I wholeheartedly recommend C1 Computers to anyone who needs their MAC repaired or tweaked. You'll be amazed at the service.
