The business was moved to Cudgen in 2004 to accommodate the growth of our customer base, which includes Pottsville, Cabarita Beach, Casuarina, Kingscliff, Chinderah, Cudgen, Murwillumbah, Duranbah, Tweed Heads, Tumbulgum and Banora Point. We now have modern, state of the art diagnostics and tools available to us, along with three fully equipped in-field service vehicles to deal with breakdowns and air-conditioning repairs. We used caba to have an interlock system put in our car. We were advised on booking it would take place 8am Wednesday so we dropped car off Tuesday night. We called throughout the day and were told it would be started at midday, then hung up on. After many calls were told it would not happen till Friday morning. After many calls on Friday we're told to come after 2.30. Arrived at 2.40 to be told, very rudely, they were having lunch we would have to wait 20 minutes. So we stood there while they ate. Then we took car to licensing department to be told the paper work had not been signed so had to drive the 20 minutes back to have it signed. Overall unbelievably rude. I have come across average customer service before but these people were another level. We will never return to them. 1 star only because the job was eventually completed.
Had a starting problem. The Cabba Auto Electrics team came to the rescue. Their philosophy is to not just deliver a service but to excel while delivering it. Well, Ray and the team are doing that, as I am a very happy customer. Good communications while the car was in the workshop. Highly recommend this local business at Cabba Auto Electrics.
