The customer service both at Miranda and Guildford is always so amazing - Girls are always so welcoming and friendly even after a busy day. Went to the Miranda salon and was able to get my brassy brown hair dyed to a silver balayge colour. After bleaching, toning and dying my hair is still in great condition like I never even bleached the life out of it - Work of the Olaplex? They also do great haircuts! Feeling fresh and happy.

I'am surprised you advertise 17 years experience. After taking my elderly mother in for a blow dry I stressed she had a sore neck and to please be careful not to wet her collar on her blouse, not only was her blouse and cardigan saturated to the point the girl had to Blowdry her clothes for 10 minutes , another lady offered to put her top in the dryer, I was shocked ,a 92 year old wouldn't appreciate handing over her top. The girl apologised and said there basins arnt great.However that was minor compared to washing my mothers hair leaving the very expensive hearing aids still in her ears. Apologising that she thought they were waterproof. I take some blame for that but I had to re park my car after my mother was seated at the sink ,but surely an experienced hairdresser must wash elderly ladies hair during her career and at least ask the question to remove her aids , the hairdresser proceeds to wash her hair my mothers hearing aids were completely saturated ...read more
