I brought a Yamaha sound bar for my mums tv, but the old tv was lacking a few connection inputs.
Checked out Cable Chicks website and found a converter box plus premium cables for around $138. Rang ahead to check they had it in stock and drove down to purchase it.
(They do online buys and 1 to 3 day courier delivery, but I was impatient. You can return your purchase if the item does not solve the problem.)
Armed with the Yamaha spec sheet I was served by a very competent technician called John, who after looking at the spec sheet informed me the $138 kit would not work and a $45 kit that would was out of stock. He suggested a high end digital coaxial audio cable $15 might do the trick. I took it home and problem solved. Excellent customer service and good work ethic.
Highly recommended and good prices, will use again.
