Caboolture Caravan Repairs Pty Ltd

This would have to be the strangest run business I have ever come across. I wanted to speak with someone in regards to work on our van, I was told that they would get someone to call me back. Six hours later was still waiting for a call, so I phoned again and was then told I would have to make an appointment to speak with the staff in charge of repairs, now I thought that was weird as it was just some basic costs I was after. I then asked how do I make this appointment was then told "Oh you need to speak with the staff that does the repairs to make the appointment" HELLO!!!! what do they think I had been trying to do right from my very first phone call, and more to the point how can I speak with the staff to make the appointment if the staff doesn't return calls, so I can then be allocated a time.
