Avoid this Real Estate at all costs they are unprofessional and extremely rude especially the Principal of this business and his staff member Alana. They do not deal with their bad tenants antisocial bad aggressive violent behaviour towards other neighbours. They seem to ignore neighbours complaints that make complaints against their tenants antisocial behaviour. Come on John do something about the horrible tenants that you have take action against them or better yet kick them out. We should not have to live near your tenants and listen to all that nasty horrible language coming out of all the people living in that home on daily basis. I own my home and should not have to put up with this disgusting behaviour. That woman that lives in the house with her son and Male adult who in his 60s are all loud mouth bullies bellowing out nasty language to that woman and her son on the other side of them. Unfortunately this review is not accurate. Please note that Real Estate Agents are not all obligated to deal with neighbour compliants, especially if there is no clear indication of who is at fault.
The RTA fact sheet for neighbour complaints clearly states that Agents are not obliged to take action. Depending on the nature of the complaint, the police or local council can help with disputes.
The RTA states that "If a neighbour complains, the property manager/owner may want to address the issue with the tenant. However, they are not responsible for a tenant's behaviour or actions and are not obliged to take action when a neighbour complains about the tenant."

Unlike the review from “Unbiased” I am not biased and have rented through CPMS for the last 4 years. They are professional and easy to contact and when I ask for issues to be investigated, they are resolved quickly. If you live in Elimbah like I do you know you live in a bush area. So why would you choose to rent a property that of course is open to the elements and animals of all kinds.
When I entered I completed an entry report form. This is standard practice. So why did “Unbiased” not complete the entry report correctly. I hate people getting onto these pages and just whinging. I’ve never had to ask for mediation with the RTA for a real estate issue. It’s very easy in this day and age to be a keyboard warrior and hide behind your keyboard. I would recommend the CPMS team.
In 2017 we took out a 12 month lease on a 2 acre rental property in Elimbah for $600 pw with this lot and I have to say that I have never dealt with such an unprofessional agency!
When we moved in we found there was a rat plague at the property and when we told them, they said they were 'native bush rats' and quite common in the area! We were also told we were being 'fussy' about wanting the fly screens replaced because they were old and full of large holes & also for wanting the property owners caravan removed from the premises.

Fortunately this case was heard before QCAT, a decision made by the judge and it was in favour of the agency. This tenancy was terminated by the judge.
