Cachet - Jewellery by Design

I booked in to have Scott make an engagement ring made with an old family stone.
He said the job would be easy and fast.
He rushed the job and made obvious mistakes in the ring. Fixing the mistakes meant making a new ring. He then proceeded to rush again and break the 200 year old family keepsake stone and gave me the ring without telling me.
This is extremely dishonest.

I feel terrible that it has taken me this long to write this review but I guess better late than never. My now husband proposed to be back in 2011 and took me to meet Scott and Lisa (makers of the ring) the following day. They were both incredibly friendly the minute I walked into the shop.. The engagement ring Scott had made for me was incredible. I have only seen one of it's kind and he made it so much better, and bigger than theirs. We got married in October last year and Scott made both our wedding bands. My husband is Irish and between and him and Scott, they came up with the perfect design wedding band for him.

Just about to get married and could not find a wedding ring that got me wanting to spend my life with it. Saw an advert in aust motorcycle news that jumped off the page at me. Rings that looked like a motorcycle tyre. I rang Scott and he was just great and Lisa has been such a wonderful help in the process as i am 2000 klms from their shop. Scott agreed to make the ring in a Michelin tyre pattern for me , and today it arrived in the post and i opened the pack with great trepidation. I was totally overawed with what i saw. Not only a beautiful ring but Scott had picked out the tyre grooves in platinum against the gold ring. My intended was at a loss for words for a moment and then said ITS SO BEAUTIFUL. So thanks to Cachet Jewellerys fantastic efforts i can share my passion for motorcycles with my passion for passion!! Well done Scott and Lisa , and thank you so much from us both.

Well, what can i say about Cachet. I got married last July, and went to see Scott, i'm not one for jewellery, and don't really know much about it. The whole thought of deciding on an engagement ring, well, i didn't know where to start. It was a lot easier then i thought, Scott designed a gorgeous ring, which suits my hand. We approached Scott from Cachet Jewellery by Design created my emerald engagement ring and wedding band. The entire process was so easy as Scott took the time to really listen to our request and work with us to create the most beautiful rings I have ever seen. Scott worked within our time frame and budget with no question, the end result being of the highest quality.
