Great Food, Great Value , Super friendly staff love this place !! Highly recommended ??

I went to Uno's today with my mother and daughter we go there regularly and have always enjoyed their meals, in the past they have been generous high quality food and friendly staff
The service and meals we were served today were absolutely disgusting, we ordered two beer battered fish, chips and salad with Tartare sauce, the fish was absolutely charred dark brown well beyond an edible state, the salad contained lettuce with brown ends and slimy bits from being far to old, instead of a little pot full of tartare sauce its was a dab in the small pot which was equivalent to a teaspoon full,

Their coffee is as terrible as their customer service, don't bother with this terrible cafe.
We gave it a try, people who ordered after us get their coffees before us and they got our food order wrong. When we told them the lady behind the counter said "that's what was on the order docket" and refused to give us what we paid for. The coffee was undrinkable

Cheap and cheerful! You get what you pay for really.. It's not amazing but when the prices are as they are what do you expect?! The place is always buzzing, which is a great sign for business! I hope they continue to do well as they are on to a good thing!

if your hungry and in a hurry then this place will do.prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. i used to come here all the time for breaky or grab a bacon and egg roll while on my way to work but found lately the quality is below average the other week i got a B&E roll and the roll was hard and stale and the egg was still raw and the prices are dearer must be under new management the service was not as good as it used to be.they have put some new items on the menu which cant be faulted, the grill deal is only $10.95 which i got to take away and got breakfast and lunch out of it so no complaints there. I think the quality has dropped heaps though in the last few months. Time to pick it up guys this used to be my favorite place for breakfast but have found another place not far from you and they are cheaper in price and the quality is better, sorry but wont be coming back again...
