I love this place ! Despite being on Alexander Street it's actually quiet, and there's some cool outdoor seating. It has a cool, Melbourne-style vibe.
The espresso I had was superb.
Friendly staff and parking not too hard, free further down Alexander St, or on top of the plaza nearby. Or just use the parking meters. Highly recommended.
Good food too!
