Staff are very friendly and the food is good. Prices are fair also.
They are happy to customize any menu item based on your diet or preferences.
Meals for nearby office workers can also be served in prooper plates & bowls etc. which are then returned. Saves on plastic rubbish. Great idea.
Very poor customer service bordering on rude, also a bit of a language barrier trying to communicate my order across.
One person walked out whilst I was waiting as they were being ignored by the staff preparing food. Food preparation and storage is in the main seating area - doesn't look terribly sanitary. Greens wilted, looked like they were not fresh today.
Expensive, very small portion size for the price.
And coffee burned - probably shouldn't be making / charging money for it if you don't drink it yourself.
Hope this cafe pulls itself together - I'll be going elsewhere.
