soup of the day was oven roasted vegies and ch/pea $6.50 very cheap and healthy. have golden lattes now and also green tea match lattes. tuscan style vegetable fried rice, fish and chips today. 2salads of the day today were coleslaw and s/salmon and croutons. lots of bread/pasta.starchy foods would be nice to see more healthier, lighter meals.
red lentel and vegie soup ($6.50) was a clear soup and yummy, veg quiche with spinach, pumpkin, cheese and mushie$7.50 was nice beef ravioli also available this visit and roast pork and veg. coffees not quite as great as have been, they were some of the best coffees around
warm winter dishes recently available on my visits include grilled whiting, toasted za-atar wrap with tuna pattie and yoghurt or roasted vegetables $7.50, beef lasagne and beef moussaka, chicken chow mein, roast vegie soup, beef pastitsio, toasted spinach pides, quiche, and brilliant coffees. lots of middle eastern dishes being introduced recently. super quick service
had a nice beef teriyaki stir fry today- full of colorful wholesome vegies, light fried with lots of tasty honey soy beef $8 with rice and the artichoke, cauliflower and pomegranate salad $7.50 was also colorful, healthy, crispy fresh and tasty. soup of day was a roast vegie soup $6 which was good.
great daily salads (3 a day) including coleslaw, chickpea and cauliflower, noodle with chicken, garden and greek. also have a daily winter soup today was sweet potato and leek soup $6.50 which was really nice (served with slice of wholemeal bread. super quick service if you are in a rush. take away coffees.
