The worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. We were seated, and provided with a bottle of water and then forgotten about. When a wait person wizzed past we asked if we could order drinks, and we were snapped at that she would be back and never ever returned. We sat waiting to be served for 40 minutes and then gave up and walked out.
I went with a group of around 24 people to have dinner at this establishment. Food was fine. I asked the wait staff and the management why my Gnocchi at the 20 something a plate was a much smaller serving than what most of the group ordered as a special for 14. The look from the wait staff was "I'm just delivering the food, its what you ordered?" When I went to pay and told the management that I was looking forward to this meal as the website looks good, and yet the gnocchi was lucky to be 2 spoons worth on the plate, they tells me blah blah and we do a good serve. What!! Everyone around me asked if I had ordered entree.
Feeling a bit short changed and I won't come back to open my wallet or my mouth here again.
