Ordered an almond milk chai and the simplest thing on the menu (tomato and mushroom on toast) asking for no feta and no eggs. The menu did not mention that the toast would be heavily buttered. I am lactose intolerant. The person serving even said the chef added extra mushroom as if they were doing me a favour when it was all cooked in butter. As a result I ate half a tomato and a small mountain of rocket for breakfast. It also lists 'vegan options' as one of the highlights when there are no clear menu options for people who are lactose intolerant. Utterly useless. I got breakfast elsewhere afterwards. If there was an option I would not even give this place half a star because it was a sad joke.

Hidden amongst the throng of Asian eateries, it is good to know that you can still find your regular 'Western' menu, coffee, in a quaintly renovated shop

Nice cosy atmosphere in the cafe, the baristas are quick working and make delicious coffee. Grab a bacon and egg toasted with a cappuccino, and my day is perfect.

A great breakfast. Interesting menu. Excellent service. Pleasant waiters & surrounds. Reasonable pricing. Well worth becoming a regular customer as the food was delicious

Nice coffee spot. Yes, it does probably have the best coffee in the area and also does a good lunch and sandwiches as well. Slightly more expensive, although Centro offers quality food and friendly service.
