Cafe de Luca

I had bought 4 of there vouchers from Groupon. I decided to take the family there for all day breakfast.



When i got there the place was packed. Eventually i found a table and i politely asked one of the staffs who either was the management or the senior staff as this staff was rudely bossing other staff around to please clean the table.



I was told to just pick another table to sit on. I pointed out there is no other table. Staff then procedded to boss another wait staff to clean our table. We ordered our meals and ordered 6 milkshakes.



It took them 40 minutes to serve our meals and still no milkshakes. We reminded them about 4 times for the milkshakes. After an 1 hour the milkshakes had finally arrived. Neither i or my children were impressed.



Really poor service, and attitude and the food is way overpriced. Definately better cafe's in Parramatta to visit

I had been to Cafe De Luca for breakfast before which I thought was quite good so I thought I'd try their lunch menu. I ordered their gourmet beef burger, garlic bread and chips and a Coke. The beef burger came out not looking like a beef burger at all. Inside the turkish bread, not your typical burger bun but I was told they ran out of buns, sat strips of beef with some rocket, melted cheese and small strips of capsicum. At first I thought they delivered someone's order to my table but was told this was the burger.I re-read the menu and their 'gourmet beef burger' is a marinated beef fillet. This was clearly NOT beef fillet but more like off cuts of leftover uncooked steaks they probably had sitting in the fridge. I had to wait almost 10 more minutes for the garlic bread and chips to arrive. The garlic bread was hard and the garlic butter smothered very thickly and not melted properly.
