Not even worth one star. Disgraceful customer service by the management and the way they spoke to staff was atrocious. First having been refused to get my coffee in a takeaway whilst I ate my meal, the rude management replied with sarcasm 'we aren't a Gloria Jeans'. Secondly noticing when customers complained to the staff about the time they had waited for their meals, the staff went to the kitchen and were yelled at 'they haven't even been waiting that long!' by the chef. Due to the way the staff were treated by the management and customers laughed at with sarcasm when they were ordering, I would strongly not recommend any person to dine there.
Having just moved to the area we thought we would check out the local scene.. Found this place to be ok but lacking staff motivation and customer service was only average.. The coffee was great but the atmosphere just seems to be missing something that makes more it special and boutique .
One of the worst place's yet, the coffee is nice, however the management staff makes snide comments about customers. One such comment that my friend and I overheard was when a small boy ordered a milkshake and they turned to the staff saying 'ha that little fatty shouldn't be having that.' On another occasion we heard them berating a staff for going to the kitchen to check on a customers order, when the customer had asked how much longer her meal would be. Terrible management, do not recommend at all.
