Cafe Fiori

Had a great breakfast special, with eggs bacon toast tomato and toast with coffee, and mushrooms as an extra, but whilst eating my mushrooms I nearly swallowed a price of hard melted plastic the size of a small finger nail, I thought it was rind off the bacon and pulled it'll out to find it was plastic, I mentioned this to waitress and she said oh right I'll Tell the chef, and that was it, after 10 minutes waiting I asked another waitress, where is the manager sh said there was no one in charge there at the moment so she sent the chef over, I handed him the plastic, he diddnt seem too fussed, apologised and said do I want a coffee or something, and that was it.
Sorry but this could have been handled far better, just goes to show how these guys deal with issues and value there customers, we go there regular over the past 8years but will be going elsewhere in future

I had breakfast here and as I have quite the sweet tooth I opted for the French Toast and Iced Coffee. Both were simple but tasty! There is plenty of seats in the cafe and parking isn't too much of an issue at Kenmore Village.
