Cafe Greco

Good food which a wide range of menu options and decent priced. They have a big portion for a casual meal. However, customer service is average and a bit slow.

My friend and I went here for after work drinks and an early dinner. The first staff we dealth with was sweet but clueless; we ordered heaps of food, and a bottle of wine, to the value of about $95. There were about 3 other customers and there were 4 staff that we could see, so we expected good service. Unfortunately we were dissapointed:

I had a good experience at Cafe Greco. I ordered the Vegitarian Moussaka and it was fantastic! The booths are great to sit in but we sat accross from the large cake selection, by the time we were done with our mains we had to order something sweet! The desserts are amazing there!
The only negative thing i have to say is the service could be better, was a bit slow the last time i went and the time before the waiter was a little clueless with the menu. The food makes up for it though!

Disappointing. Went there for breakfast. Waitress didn't know the difference between multigrain and wholemeal, kitchen cooked one of our meals wrong, so not all food came out at once, they initially forgot the cappuccino (which was the size of a bsbycino), half our eggs were cooked perfectly and the other half were overcooked and the toast was burnt. When we Finlay flagged down the waitress for our bill she handed it to someone who was not the person who asked for it and then walked past several times with us waiving the bil and card at he before we tracked down the manager to pay. I will also add that I would not have considered them to be busy.

This place is really nice, the booths are cute and the atmosphere is good too. We had a table for 5, we all talked about how good our dinner was until dessert.. and then all we talked about was the death by chocolate. I'd recommend Cafe Greco because it fit really well into my budget without being a 'budget' restaurant. Il be back for the death by chocolate!!!!
