Cafe Meze is authentic - you feel like you're in your ??a???'s home for dinner. Walk into this old queenslander, through the fitted out living and dining room and dine on the deck, with traditional greek food at affordable prices. Seriously delicious and oh so cute. Definitely put it on the to-dine list.
When I have been there I've found their food is very expensive for what you get. $26 for 3 tiny Spanakopita and a couple of lettuce leaves is ridiculous, and basically the only vegetarian option. Others found the dishes small, lacking in flavour and not very fresh.
There are many Greek options in West End, this would not be on my list.
I agree with dunkyboy's comments! A party of 4 visited Friday night 5th April and after we ordered we were advised we had to pay an extra $2 (on top of the already very expensive cost) to have a "traditional Greek salad" instead of the "Australian Greek salad" that accompanied the meal. We were disappointed to say the least
