Just had the worst service. Waited nearly 15 minutes for our table to be cleaned, which didn't occur. We weren't offered menus to look at. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and the staff couldn't even acknowledge me. this all occurred and it wasn't even busy.
I don't know which cafe 77Jk is talking about, but when I went into Cafe Midale this morning (28th Dec) they were flat out busy as they were the only cafe open in Armidale's mall. I was served in five minutes by a friendly waitress, and I only had to wait about 15 minutes for the order to be brought out. The eggs and bacon were cooked just how I like them.
Well done, Midale. I'll be coming back.
While I feel this review is grossly I can tell you as the only cafe open they were very busy and working with a number of new team members. I would like to know if you raised your concerns with the management . Can I suggest a more productive way of addressing your concerns would be to speak to the management or contact them.
