I've been here a few times with friends and it's always been a good experience. One of the best things about Cafe New York Grill is the convenient location, making it a great place to catch up. The staff are friendly and overall, the service is great. I can't complain about the food either. It's reasonably priced and delicious.
While there is nothing NYC about the place other than the name, nothing wrong with the opace nor the staff. Biggest disappointment is going there for a weekday breakfast when it was not busy yet food took forever and everything on my plate was cold other than a lukewarm tomato. Perhaps they were waiting to serve my and my partners meal together but #reviewtowin

My boyfriend and I went there to celebrate our one year anniversary. Not only was the service fantastic, the food was delicious, served quickly and not expensive at all. We had made a reservation for 6.30 and arrived 20 minutes late through our own fault but our waitress for the night was not worried at all and had not cleared our table. We were even given a free bottle of wine and a free entre with our visit which made our night even more special. We had a lovely conversation with our waitress, who we found out is from Katoomba, close to near where my boyfriend lives. She recommended our dishes and we had steak and salad. It was all over a perfect night out and I have no complaints at all. We loved every minute of it. Thank you Caf New York Grill for everything! Would recommend it 100%#reviewtowin
i have been here twice now with my partner for the ribs and chips. I haven't had ribs at many different places so can't compare these to any where else but they have been delicious both times. sticky large and flavoursome :)
the restaurant itself looks over chatswood station and has a great view from the balcony. the inside is large and open and it hasn't been that busy the times i have gone so i wonder how they can afford the rent haha. Good experience though worth a try !
