Cafe Nocello

TERRIBLE - WILL NEVER GO BACK - WORST SERVICE IN PERTH
We've been there before as a work function, but this time I made a reservation for adults and kids (we requested high chairs).
My friend turned up with her children (one baby, one toddler) and the table wasn't set up. She asked for the high chairs. The staff said they would get them.
Ten minutes later, (after staff spent the whole time laughing and chatting with a friend) staff came back and just left them next to her (didn't even help the poor woman with two little ones to set them up).
The toddler started to play with the salt and pepper shakers while his mum was setting up the chairs, so the staff came and grabbed the shakers out of the toddler's hand.
My friend told the staff that she thought they didn't give very good customer services so staff TOLD HER TO LEAVE! Staff left her and the kids stood in the carpark to wait for us.
Dreadful, will never go back.

This cafe Neccello has it. Everytime my husband & I go to Cafe Necello it NEVER disappoints. The food the staff is aways consistent with excellent quality & taste of food. The service is exactly as it should be in a cafe if not better at Cafe Necello.
We have no problem in recomending Necello to friends & Family & overseas visitors. Abosolutly Beautiful Food

This is THE cafe to go to. Fabulous,delicious mouth watering food, well presented. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We had my father in laws 80th Birthday celebration there. Wonderful evening. Very well priced too.!! Am taking my daughters and their partners to Cafe Nocello for their respective birthday celebrations in the next 2 months. The only place to go! Thanks heaps, Lorenzo for a truly remarkable evening of fine food for our celebration!
