As a local in Mandurah I knew better than to go to Pronto's as it has never rated when it comes to a great meal...but we were given a voucher for Christmas and it had to be used. Well we got what we expected and then some....the menu was very boring and basic, the dishes were overpriced and the food we ordered was inedible. I ordered the ravioli which was bland and over cooked and they must have had some left over bruschetta from lunch as that was tossed through it the taste was shocking. My husband had a pork pulled pizza with a few cotton strands of pork, the pizza had a shocking taste and was left. With the owner living in another state it's a safe bet that this place won't last....though it does amaze me it is still around...it no doubt relies on tourists for it's trade as locals know better than to return. What a waste of a perfect venue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Went to lunch today with my son to celebrate his new career. Met at the door and seated immediately. Drinks came fast and cold. Ordered the bangers and mash, and my son had the eye fillet, medium done. Both dishes arrived piping hot and absolutely delicious! The bangers and mash were easily the best I've ever had, and I've had some excellent ones! My son said the steak and the beer was top notch(he had the Grolsch on tap). Definitely coming back for more, and soon:)
