The Tapas appealed to us and in particular we advised that we wanted to try the Haloumi and Arancini. No mention was made that they did not have Haloumi. After we were seated,the waitress advised us of such.The Barramundi Spring Rolls were a “fishy taste” (ie. not fresh fish taste) and contained very little fish meat. We advised the waitress that we were unhappy with this dish. The Manager was called and offered if we would like an alternate dish. We accepted another serving of Arancini. On receiving the bill we noticed we had been charged for the Barramundi Spring Rolls that we returned. We pointed out to the cashier that the Arancini had been offered as a replacement for the Barramundi Spring Rolls. The cashier call the Manager whom I had a discussion with about the error and she refused to delete.I advised the cashier that we are locals, to which he replied “we hear that all the time" as if say we do not need your patronage. They have lost Business.
