I had heard great reviews on romanticas to experience the worst service I have ever experienced.
After walking in I was the first to order.
Waited 15 minutes to be served after having the menu thrown at me as if I was infected with a deadly virus.
I was served by a staff who could not speak a word of English.
Then after I complained, the management snatched the food out of my hands, And threw the money in coins back at me and told me to leave.
I do not wish this service upon anyone so definitely would not recommend nor will I be going back to this establishment.
I just been there to have a coffee and the service is degusting they don't know how to run a business they all need hospitality training. It's dirty that place needs a good makeup over half of those workers or owners need a good shower
We (family of four) love eating at Cafe Romantica - excellent food, friendly service, great prices and fantastic home made Ice-cream - my favourite is Chai as well as the coconut. Gluten free options are a very welcome new addition to their menu. The size of this place also makes it great for groups and pretty much guarantees you can always get a table. Musn't forget - great coffee!
This cafe/restaurant offers quality pizza's well into the wee hours. Walking distance for Brunswick's many fine drinking establishments, it is the perfect location for a (very early) morning snack. It is also fully licensed, for those who want to continue their drinking while they eat. The staff are friendly and the prices are fair. Good vibes in this place.
