Horrible staff, I went and paid for a coffee, after taking my money the server told me it would be a 15 minute wait. Why not tell customers beforehand? I sit down, wait for more than 15 minutes and decide to pop up and ask about my coffee, my reply was from a man at the coffee machine who seemed to be the manager, he looked at me and rudely replied "Why?" and I said I've just been waiting for a while.
He then went on a huge rant, basically patronizing me, telling me that the orders come in order of when they are taken and implied that I don't get special privilege for my coffee. ...read more
What a woeful excuse for a cafe. 20 minute wait just to see a menu. No chance of anyone taking an order. Eventually left unfed after when realised four other tables were in the same position. This is the 3rd bad experience with this place: 1st - 1 hour wait for service, 2nd -25 mins for a takeaway coffee!, 3rd as above. Yes we are ssslllllooow learners! Left and went to another Cafe - sat down, meal arrived within 8 minutes!
