Cafe Sannio Ristorante Pizzeria

so i have been going to this restrunt for the last 3 years and the food has always been good so we had my brothers 18th there today and as always the food was brillent but a sad end of the day was the service of the management.

i have never been to a restruant where if some one dose not turn up you still have to pay even thoe none of the food was cooked. The management proceded to tell us that they had to ordder the food in, my question here is you are a restruant do you not sell food here anyway. the situation was handled unprofessionaly as the management spoke no english and would not lisetn to our complaint and my question here is why own a bussiness in a country where you can not speek the lanuge or have a management who can handle the complaint for you. I have never herd of a 1.5 lr bottle of cool drink that cost $8 not even at a servo. So my reccomendation for this restruant is ask before you sit down about what you're getting yourself into
