I recently went to this local caf for lunch and was so very disappointed. It's an attractive place and the front deck was bathed in sunshine and blessed with a lovely sea breeze but that was as far as it went. Firstly the dish looked a mess; the fritters were buried under a pile of supermarket salad with small pieces of chicken scattered about on top. Far from being spiced, the chicken had no seasoning whatsoever and the fritters were soggy and tasteless. I was at a loss to know how any cook could have created and served "fritters" like these. My partner and I decided to have a meal in what looked like a nice cafe with quality food. Wrong decision on our behalf. Even though the staff were attentive the food quality was poor. Risottos at 24 dollars should be of a quality cafe standard not with poor taste and flavour. The pizza was the main sticking point however in our exprience. After complaining the dough was undercooked, we asked for it to be cooked through... 7 mins later...same result as nothing had changed with the how undercooked the pizza was..we clearly let the staff know that we didn't like the pizza. Charged full price as well. Make the decision wisely before going to this cafe....
