the new management definitely put in a lot of effort in this cafe! Great top quality food, clean cafe and outstanding customer service. definitely worth going back to try if you were disappointed the last time when the old management was in-charge!

The new owners,from Singapore have transformed this cafe into easily the best in Eastland The care and attention they give to all customers is outstanding.

The elderly and disabled in particular receive great service.

This is borne out by the increasing patronage.

nothing is too much trouble for them .All this is given with courtesy and a great big smile.

I am a regular here and intend to for a lot longer

I have been there about 5 times before but the last time I was there I went to order something and the staff were very abusive to me and they started swearing at me so I just walked out and I won't be going back.

Visited here today on a whim and was sorely disappointed. Confusion reigns at the servery where disinterested staff are abrupt to the point of rude. Our food was delivered promptly but was average even by cafe standards. Drink orders were forgotten and wait staff had to be asked to chase them up, only to deliver an incorrect order. Drinks for another table were then incorrectly delivered to our table, but the waitress was gone so quickly we didn't get a chance to tell her they were wrong. Staff making sandwiches wore gloves, but handled money with them on - only to go back to making sandwiches with the same gloves :( And to top it all off, my second coffee was presented in a mug with a large chip out of it. Needless to say, we won't be going back.
