Was not told that Wade had left and showed up to my appointment unaware, they had another staff do my hair which i wasn't happy about but was to uncomfortable to say anything as it was forced on me. now my hair is RUINED, they had no idea what they were doing i now have snapping ends and a horrible color. when i called to complain i was blown off and ignored. I would no longer recommend cage for hair with these current staff members!!
I would strongly discourage anyone from engaging the services of Cage For Hair in Newcastle. They did not do what I asked, took 3 hours, cost $198 and this is the end result. I couldn't see it when I left, my hair was curled and I spent 30mins wiping excess dye of my forehead and ears. When I called (4 times) telling them what a bogan I looked like and they didn't do it properly, I was spoken to rudely and and said it was my word against theirs. I sent them pictures, no answer for a week. When I emailed again they said yes, I got your email, I'm not refunding you can come here and get it fixed, even though I'm 7 hours away. Bad customer service. AVOID! I'm stuck with nasty hair I have to cut short or spend a few hundred dollars to fix and maintain.
