Cairnlea Superclinic

I have been recommended by a few friends who use this clinic as their main one for their GP. I have been in search for one close to home to find a family GP that i can keep using but have not been in luck. Throughout my many visits to Cairnlea Superclinic, i have seen probably 4 different doctors to try and find one that is good with children as well as for my visits as well. After 1 year of using this clinic, i have finally found a doctor who i am happy with that seems fairly good wit my son and my concerns when i come in. Just a shame it took that long. Wish they have more doctors that are hands on and really address the concerns parents have for their children. Overall clinic is ok and overall expereince is also ok. Can only hope my GP remains at this clinic.

Receptionists are so rude especially over the phone. Really unhelpful and can't even get my name right even though I handed my ID over for them to copy. Got put on hold after asking if my results were in and gave all my details and was told they would ask the doctor only to have someone pick up saying 'hi how can I help you' and asking the exact same questions all over again. Biggest time waster.

Been coming here for months now, always book in advance as there are no walk ins on the weekends.
One of the female doctor is caring but seems like she already left. Others seem like your normal GPs trying to get the numbers and quick diagnose and prescriptions. Overall, ok service, ok doctors.

The GPs are good and caring but the receptionist girls are rude and not welcoming. I always book in advance for my appointments and I always arrive 10mins late and every time I turn up 10mins late I would still need to wait 10 to 15 mins for my scheduled appointment.

Absolutely disgusted in this clinic. I called last nut after having a NUT allergy and was told to drive myself to the hospital. The receptionist was so rude and i was gobsmacked. You dont even deserve a rating at all.
