Cairns Airport Rentacar

Great service. They upgraded me being a Qantas frequent flyer.

I recently rented a car from this place on my visit to cairns, and i have to say absolutely top notch service the staff were so friendly and very accommodating.

They picked us up from our hotel I'n the CBD and droped us at the airport for free. We also booked all our activities through them and we got 10 percent discount on them. The cars were lovely and clean and drove like a dream:) it really makes a awesome holiday when u get such good treatment from the locals i would hands down recommend this company to everyone visiting this tropical paradise. Keep up the fantastic work guys ;)

I rented a vehicle that was in dangerous condition. The brakes would lock up with just a slight touch on the pedal. I didnt know this until I was too far away to return. When i returned the vehicle i mentioned it with no intention of trying to get money back, but just to make them aware. What ensued was a big argument where they basically said i was lying. I told them to go out and test the vehicle which they did and when they came back all they had to say was "well you should have brought it back" and then walked off. Most rude management i have ever met.

My husband, two little ones and I flew into cairns this week without realising that is was still school holidays and we hadn't booked a car. We saw Cairns Airport rentacars sign at the airport and called them and they were really helpful and were able to come out to the airport and collect us. We expected to wait 30 minutes or more but they were they in 15 minutes and had the child seats in the car already for our two girls. we went back to the office and it took all of 5 minutes to get the paperwork and payment done the guys behind the counter were great and gave us directions to everything we asked and helped us with all our questions. We took the car for four days and the staff were able to drop us back to the airport without a hassle. We use them again but will book in advance next time.

We hired a car from these guys last week. It was a stationwagon so we could drive up to Cape Tribulation with all our camping gear. It was fantastic value priced at only $50 per day when all the other rental companies wanted about double that price!! The car was Clean, Ready on time and in Great condition. The car drove beautifully and were extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service. The staff were genuinely friendly and even booked us a place on the Cape Tribulation reef jungle safari and got us a 10% discount on that price. We returned the car and they checked it in thoroughly and everything was confirmed as being OK. good as gold!! We will be using this company again next time we visit Cairns.
