Traditional Kodokan Judo taught by Luke Ronlund of Kouketsu Na Judo. Luke is a 4th degree black belt with over 35 yrs experience. As a registered psychologist and a father, Luke?s approach to grassroots Judo practice is unique, with a focus on values based judo instruction in a safe, supportive, inclusive and enjoyable club environment.
