hate leaving bad reviews but we used this company for my brothers birthday and the cake was nothing like what we had asked for! they even got the flavour wrong and didn't have the audacity to even apologise.

I am absolutely appalled at this so called professional business you are running. Not only did they completely ruin my wedding cake they haven't even had the courtesy to return ANY of the 3 messages I have now left! I chose to use their company for my wedding cake as I have heard some good things but from the moment I initially walked into their store I was made to feel that they never wanted to make the cake to start with, which was evident when I walked into my reception room on the night of my wedding to see a PINK wedding cake. I specifically asked for an IVORY cake which I made very clear to the employee who wrote it down on my order form VERY clearly. I also spoke with staff to check the colour of the ivory and staff also ensured me it would be a lovely ivory as staff made it. Please tell me why my cake turned up PINK. Management is extremely rude clearly did not need my business. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We had our wedding cake done here for our recent wedding. At first, the staffs who helped us design the cake were helpful and gave us lots of cool ideas. It was double our budget but we decided to go with them because of what we were told they could do for us. However, when we went in a week before the wedding to pay the remainder of the bill, we received nothing but attitude, not just from a staff member, but from the management. They complained about upcoming figurines they needed to make, including ours, even though this is the main reason we went with them - because of their specialty cakes. We even ended up changing our original idea in order to make it easier for them because they said that what we had ordered was too difficult and they showed no enthusiasm whatsoever.
