I like buying cakes through Cakes Online Australia. I find them friendly, helpful and they even seem to remember me when I call! The selection is quite extensive and the Mars Bar Cheesecake is a favourite. Price wise I find them on par with other cake companies, perhaps a tad more expensive. I also don't think their gluten free options are that fantastic.
Cakes Online Australia is unfriendly, badly organized and delayed.
I used the online service to order a cake, indicated the contact number for delivery and asked them to re-confirm via phone before delivery. Not only did they ignore all my contact information, they also managed to delay the delivery for several days. What's the point of confirming delivery times on your website, when you don't keep your promises?
