Calabro Formal wear, Evening wear & Men's Suit Hire

Unfortunately a score 0.5 out 5 is all I can rate calabro after the very disappointing and stressful experience that was provided to us by calabro bridal. My husband and I got married on October 12th 2013 and used calabro suit hire for the groom, 4 groomsmen and father of the groom (6 suits in total). the suits were a nice style but that is where the positives end. all six men went into the store to be measured up precisely by a professional to ensure the suits would fit on the day (3 groomsmen came in from interstate specifically to do so) however disappointingly 5 out of the six suit were incorrectly measured including the groom and unfortunately only 2 of the men were able to make exchanges before the wedding day meaning the other three had to endure a wrongly fitting suit at our wedding (including the ...read more

I'll start from the beginning..bad customer service, little idea about their own products and procedures, when you order a dress they apparently cannot get in contact with the factory who makes them the promise everything will work out but much to my disgust after many calls (to different staff members who all told me different stories) my dresses finally arrived...in 4 sizes too small even though i had given them every measurement!!
