My absolute pick here is the chardonnay methode traditionelle! Stunning! And very French tasting if that is your thing. They have an extensive selection of wines and sell condiments also.
Calais Estate is the ultimate drop for any die-hard Cabernet Sauvignon fan. It's worth the extra dosh for the quality of the grape. Best wine in the Hunter by far.
